1-1-303. Certification courses

Statute

(1) The curriculum for certification in accordance with this part 3 shall include courses in the following areas:

(a) General election law;

(b) The federal “Help America Vote Act of 2002”; and

(c) Professional development.

(2) The secretary of state shall offer certification courses at least annually.
