1-7-113. Influencing electors

Overview of Statute

Individuals providing assistance to electors may not attempt to persuade or induce the eligible elector to vote in a particular manner.

Statute

No person who assists an elector as authorized by this title shall seek to persuade or induce the eligible elector to vote in a particular manner.
