In Florida, early voting is available for all statewide and federal elections. County supervisors of elections must make early voting available for such elections between the 10th and 3rd day before election day. Supervisors of elections have discretion to make early voting available for any elections other than those for statewide or federal office.
Florida voters may request absentee ballots online, by mail, or in-person. The deadline to request that an absentee ballot be mailed to the voter is the 6th day before the election. A voter can still pick up absentee ballot in-person until Election Day.
